India House offers a citizenship info-session where they educate and inform candidates about the overview of US citizenship, eligibility criteria, documents required, application process, fee and language waivers available, interview process and common challenges. ​​Them you can participate in a filing workshop, where the candidate is assisted in filling out their American citizenship application (N-400 forms) with the help of trained volunteers, their documents are reviewed by a DOJ accredited representative or immigration attorney, they are guided on how to avoid common mistakes and determine if they qualify for any fee or language testing waivers.​

They also provide Family and Immigration Law, Free First, Tele-Consultation ( Only for Houston Residents), through the Legal team of Willy, Nanayakkara & Associates volunteer. Each 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of every month from 12:30pm – 2:00pm. They specialize in employment, immigration, relative petition, naturalization, asylum and business issues.
